LOCATION and PARKING for FIREHOUSE

Firehouse Theatre is located at 1609 W. Broad Street near the corner of Lombardy & West Broad in the Fan neighborhood of Richmond.

 

Parking is tricky so leave yourself plenty of time.

 

Free street parking is often available on either side of Broad Street between Lombardy and Allen, and along Lombardy between Grace and Broad.

 

DO NOT PARK IN THE LOWE'S LOT. THEY ARE TOWING VEHICLES.

 

There are four parking spots available in the Firehouse driveway in front of our building, first come/first served.

 

Here are two other parking options: One Monument Avenue garage and Foot Locker.

DIRECTIONS

​From I-95 North or 64 East
Take the Boulevard exit south toward Broad Street. Turn left at the intersection with Broad. Firehouse is located in the brick building to your right, approximately 1.5-miles east of the Boulevard-Broad intersection.

From I-95 South
Take the Downtown Expressway (195) to the Boulevard exit, turn right on Boulevard and right on W. Broad St. Firehouse is located across the street in the brick building, approximately 1.5-miles east of the Boulevard-Broad intersection.

​

From 64 East
Take the Belvidere exit south to Broad Street. Turn right at the intersection with Broad. Park in the Lowe’s on your right. Firehouse is located across the street in the brick building, approximately one mile west of the Belvidere-Broad intersection.
