BOX OFFICE POLICIES
Exchanges
For general admission tickets, once your ticket is purchased there are no refunds or exchanges.
Firehouse members can call 804.355.2001 to exchange tickets they've already reserved.
Late Seating
For your safety and to avoid disturbing other patrons, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and may be placed in alternative seating. We encourage all patrons to arrive early to ensure seating and a prompt start time.
Sold-Out
Performances are defined as “sold-out” when there are no open seats remaining in the ticketing system. If a performance is sold out, tickets purchased in advance will be released to other patrons at 5 minutes to curtain. To ensure your tickets are not released, please arrive at the theater at least 15 minutes before the show is scheduled to begin.
For sold-out shows we begin a waiting list a half-hour before curtain. You must be physically present at Firehouse to get on the waiting list. We usually have pretty good luck finding a seat for everyone on the waiting list, but can't guarantee that we'll get everyone on the list in for the show.
Inclement Weather Policy
In rare instances inclement weather may require us to cancel a performance. If that happens we will attempt to announce the cancellation through email, social media, on our website homepage, and by a message on our Box Office phone at 804-355-2001 no later than 2 hours prior to curtain. If a show is cancelled due to inclement weather exchanges will be accommodated the next business day.
Lost & Found
To inquire about a lost item please contact the Box Office at 804-355-2001. Be sure to give us a description of the lost item, let us know when and where you think you lost it, and provide us with contact information so that we can get back in touch with you.
Items left in our Lost & Found more than 30 days will be discarded.
