Two very special performances only: Tuesday, April 3 at 6:00 and 8:30 p.m.
The Theatre from the Streets Project presents ‘Spades: A Book Without a Cover’, a dramatic collection of the life stories and journeys of the people who live on our streets and in our shelters, and how their triumphs and tragedies intersect with ours. Don’t miss this collaborative production by professional and student artists, community activists, mental health providers, and individuals from the homeless community.
Conceived and directed by Dr. Tawnya Pettiford-Wates. Producing co-collaborator Marc Taylor, MA, Ed.S, LPC. The Theatre from the Streets Project is a collaborative effort between TheatreVCU, Daily Planet, and The Conciliation Project.
Suggested donation: $20 adults; $10 students with i.d.
Proceeds benefit Daily Planet.
