Learn Burlesque with Instructor Susan Gardner

The new burlesque class is ON! “Six Weeks in the Sugar Shack: Burlesque Workshop Series” with instructor and burlesque queen Sue Gardner starts March 2 and ends with a recital on April 6. No experience, but plenty of spirit, required. Unsure what burlesque is? According to Brandon Reynolds of StyleWeekly, burlesque “involves pretty ladies in elaborate, though often minimal, costumes performing a kind of theater that winks or scoffs at the culture, modernizes vaudeville and balances on one sparkly stiletto heel between innocence and extreme naughtiness.” Read the full article, and learn more about the class and how to sign up, here.
