The Great American Trailer Park Musical opens Thursday, April 23 at the Firehouse Theatre Project.
With music and lyrics by David Nehls and book by Betsy Kelso, Trailer Park is more fun than an ice-cold barrel of Bud at a mud bog!
The story: There’s a new tenant at Armadillo Acres, and she’s wreaking havoc all over Florida’s most exclusive trailer park. When Pippi, a stripper on the run, comes between the Dr. Phil-loving, agoraphobic Jeannie and her tollbooth collector husband Duke, the storms begin to brew!
Directed by Jase Smith and choreographed by Maggie Marlin with musical direction provided by Leilani Mork, the cast features Chris Hester, Kimberly Jones Clark, and Jacqueline (Jacquie) O’Connor in the lead roles; with support provided by Nancy McMahon, Durron Marquis Tyre, Paul Valley, and Aly Wepplo.
