New Evan Guilford-Blake book now available!
posted on September 30, 2009
A new book by Evan Guilford-Blake, winner of the Firehouse‘s 2008 Festival of New American Plays, has been published by neoNuma Arts.
Inspired by Edward Hopper’s painting of the four lonely figures in an all-night diner, the book, Nighthawks, is really two, complimentary one-act plays. The first takes place in 1943, the second in 1983, each sensitively exploring the loneliness and the prejudices of their eras.
It is now available in paperback from Barnes & Noble.
