“365 Days/365 Plays Revisited” by Suzan-Lori Parks

Presented by the Firehouse Theatre Project and K Dance, an artist’s response to her world in a revolutionary theatre and dance collaboration.
365 Days/365 Plays was written by MacArthur “Genius” Award recipient and Pulitzer Prize winner Suzan-Lori Parks. On Nov. 13, 2002, the incomparable Ms. Parks had the idea to write a play every day for a year ... and did. The result is an extraordinary testament to artistic commitment.
Two shows only at 8 p.m. on Monday, April 26, and Tuesday, April 27. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students and RAPT members with ID.

Conceived and directed by Kaye Weinstein Gary and Billy-Christopher Maupin. Gary and Maupin (having previously collaborated on The Morpheus Quartet, The Words of Wendy Wasserstein, and A Great-Looking Boat) continue to explore bringing theatre and dance together in what promises to be yet another explosive evening of new work!
